All items are taxable to Texas dealers unless we have a current Texas sales and use tax resale certificate on file in our office.  

All items are taxable to Texas farmers unless we have on file a current Texas sales and use tax exemption certificate on file.  

Beginning in 2012, all items are taxable to Texas farmers unless we have on file the new Texas sales and use tax exemption certificate that includes the farmer's ag number.
